Job Summary

The Duty Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems of the hotel during assigned shifts. The role requires a licensed Mechanical Engineer who can respond to operational issues, supervise technical staff, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and brand standards of Seda BGC.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC, chillers, boilers, pumps, generators, and fire protection systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
