Duty Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Duty Engineer to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Duty Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all hotel systems and equipment, contributing to an exceptional guest experience in our tropical paradise.

• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest and staff maintenance requests, resolving issues efficiently
• Ensure all hotel premises, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, are in excellent working order
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance using computerised maintenance management systems
• Support the implementation of the preventive maintenance schedule and energy conservation initiatives
