Job Description
Next Job Abroad is helping you live and work in Malta, a sunny, international expat hub, by joining a Dutch-speaking Customer Support team in the booming iGaming sector. You’ll handle customer cases across phone, live chat and email, own issues end-to-end, resolve queries, manage payments questions, process KYC, and run security checks, collaborating with Payments, Fraud and Compliance to protect the platform.
Relocation is provided, with a hybrid work model and up to 40 days fully remote.
