The opportunity Join an international customer support team based in Spain, working for a leading Dutch telecommunications brand. You'll be part of a dynamic, multilingual team handling customer inquiries across service, technical support, and fiber optic topics — all in Dutch. This is not cold calling or outbound sales. You'll be supporting existing customers with billing, subscriptions, technical troubleshooting, and general account advice.
