Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding the digital marketing platform, features, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
- Provide guidance on account management, campaign setup, and effective use of digital marketing tools.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing their marketing campaigns.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
