Description: Join an international customer support team in Athens, Greece as a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor. You will support customers in the insurance industry, helping them throughout their claims journey while delivering outstanding customer service.
Requirements: Fluent Dutch and good English (B2 or higher)
Your responsibilities will include assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, explaining insurance-related topics and device protection services, resolving customer issues, updating customer information in internal systems, and ensuring every case is handled professionally and efficiently.
