Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative
, you'll manage inbound service calls from Dutch customers, assisting them with everyday banking needs and ensuring a seamless, high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone and email.
- Assist clients with phone banking IDs, T-PINs, and Postbank app setup.
- Process customer requests accurately and resolve issues on the first contact.
- Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service at all times.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and banking procedures.
Language Requirements
- Dutch: C2 (native or equivalent level)
