Due Diligence Specialist

• Lead disclosure document projects from planning through to publication relating to AMP’s managed investment schemes (MIS) and discretionary investment management service (DIMS) offer.


• Support AMP’s due diligence process and governance activities.


• Coordinate with stakeholders across the business, and ensure all product and service disclosures are accurate, compliant and delivered within required timeframes.


• Act as subject matter expert in systems and tools critical to the due diligence process.


• Prepare, review and contribute high-quality reporting, recommendations and governance documentation for working groups, committees, and senior leaders to support informed decision-making.


• Support the Due Diligence Lead in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the due diligence process, controls, and supporting infrastructure.
