Purpose of the role
Acuity Knowledge Partners is currently looking for an individual to play a key role in supporting private markets team. The individual will play a key role in supporting a global investment firm by acting as an extended team member, assisting in due diligence and preparation of investment memorandums for private equity, private credit, and evergreen funds
Experience- 2-5 Years
Designation- Associate/ Senior Associate
Location- Gurgaon/ Bangalore/ Pune
Responsibilities
- Preparing investment memorandums & document reviews of investment opportunities from client due diligence documents like PPM, presentations, teasers, executive summaries etc.
- Creation of PPM data such as fund personnel, fund terms, investment strategy and process, investment highlights & risks
- Creation of financial matrices including Revenue, EBITDA, Net Debt etc.
