Duct Fitting Supervisor – Cardiff

We are currently recruiting an experienced Duct Fitting Supervisor for a long-term project based in Cardiff .

Role Details

  • Position: Duct Fitting Supervisor
  • Location: Cardiff
  • Duration: 9 months
  • Start Date: 02/02/2026
  • PAYE Rate: £28.70 per hour (basic hours)

Responsibilities

  • Supervising duct fitting teams on site
  • Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard and in line with drawings and specifications
  • Coordinating labour and materials to meet programme deadlines
  • Maintaining health & safety standards on site
  • Liaising with site management and other trades

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Duct Fitting Supervisor
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC ductwork installation
