Qualifications

Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in configuration and customization for any Duck Creek Billing development.
  • Experience on Author, Rules, Business Rules, Payment Gateway Implementation, Commission, Payment plan and schedule, Invoice Generation, Reminder and PCN
  • Understand and implement procedures of Code review, Estimating, Peer review, Impact Analysis, Root cause analysis, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand and document customer needs from a business solutions perspective.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST).
  • Strong knowledge of Duck Creek Policy and Claims is a plus.
