The ideal candidate will master common desktop publishing (DTP) tools, including the Adobe Suite and MS Office tools, and have a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for the preparation, formatting, and delivery of various projects, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards and are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master the use of common DTP tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, as well as MS Office tools.
- Pay close attention to minor details and ensure accuracy in all projects.
- Share expertise with colleagues and assist in task evaluation and preparation.
- Handle formatting and layout for reports, catalogs, and image corrections or manipulations.
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the direct manager.
