DTO Trainer - Accounting

Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Reports To: (Supervisor Name)

Travel Requirement: Up to 2 weeks of travel per month within Canada and the US.

The Role

As an Accounting Software Trainer, you will deliver training and support to new and existing customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS). You’ll lead virtual sessions via phone and online platforms as well as provide onsite training during new client software installations.

The position is based in our Calgary office and will involve regular travel to customer sites across Canada, the U.S., and the Caribbean. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent working from the office, while the other 50% will involve onsite visits to dealerships.
