SharkNinja in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across DTC and pure play e-commerce partners. You will design channel strategies, build JBPs, and partner with distributors to drive sell-through and revenue.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Product teams; own end-to-end digital shelf, plan campaigns, analyze data, and deliver monthly forecasts. The role is based in Dubai with flexible/hybrid work arrangements.
