My Amazon Guy seeks a Website Performance & CRO Manager to own conversion performance for its DTC client portfolio on Shopify. You will drive optimization, analyze data, and translate insights into revenue growth across product pages, collections, and checkout experiences.

You will lead experiments, create hypotheses, and deliver actionable recommendations with wireframes and implementation guidance to designers and developers.
