Job Description
We are looking for a DSS Support professional to provide desktop, system, and basic network support to end users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting Windows environments, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 / Level 2 Desktop Support to users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues (Windows 10/11)
- Support PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, and peripherals
- Perform OS reimaging, software installation, and updates
- Assist with Active Directory (user account reset, unlock, basic admin)
- Support network connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN – basic level)
- Log, track, and resolve tickets via ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when required
- Follow SLA and documentation standards
