We are seeking a passionate Ceramics Professional (DSP-3) to support individuals with special needs through hands-on ceramics instruction and meaningful artistic experiences within our Center for the Arts.

In this role, you will work closely with the Fine Arts Coordinator and creative team to guide students and clients in developing artistic skills, producing ceramics for display and retail, and participating in enriching, inclusive programming. Beyond the studio, you will also provide direct support to individuals, helping them thrive both artistically and personally.
