DS&M Innovation Manager

Building strong relationship with Projects Core Teams and help drive delivery against endorsed project objectives and timelines.

Collaborating across R&D Clin Ops and R&D Tech professionals on programs (or projects if required) to identify clear work packages, identify key dependencies, and monitor backlogs so that designed roadmap are aligned with delivery milestones.

Supporting and providing oversight of the various business analysis activities to ensure understanding of R&D Clin Ops business needs and drivers for process and system improvements

Monitoring performance across project teams, including 3rd party Vendors and SaaS providers

Developing change management plans (including stakeholder mapping, communication plan, etc.)

Consolidating and tracking actions and blockers that require escalation

Negotiating solutions to address project/program challenges
