Job Summary

The Drafter cum Document Controller is responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate engineering drawings, technical documents, and project records. The role supports the engineering, production, quality, and project teams by ensuring that drawings and documents are properly created, reviewed, approved, distributed, revised, and archived.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting and Engineering Support

• Prepare 2D and 3D mechanical drawings based on sketches, concepts, samples, and engineering instructions.

• Create detailed part drawings, assembly drawings, fabrication drawings, and bill of materials.

• Update existing drawings according to engineering changes and customer requirements.

• Ensure all drawings include correct dimensions, tolerances, materials, surface finishes, and manufacturing notes.
