Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Dropship Operations Support Specialist
to support the day-to-day operations of our Dropship program. This role plays a critical part in ensuring orders are processed efficiently, fulfilment issues are resolved promptly, and service level agreements are consistently met.

Working closely with the Operations team and reporting to the Digital Fulfilment Manager, this role provides operational and administrative support across vendor coordination, order fulfilment, freight management, and incident resolution to ensure customers receive their orders on time and in good condition.
