I am currently experiencing an issue with my Dropbox account where I cannot access certain folders and files. My account shows that I have 9.23 TB of stored data, but several important folders and files appear to be missing or inaccessible.
I need someone experienced with Dropbox troubleshooting to:
• Diagnose why files/folders are not appearing
• Determine whether they were deleted, hidden, unsynced, or corrupted
• Help restore access to the missing data
• Ensure my Dropbox account is functioning properly across all devices
