JDR Recruitment (Mansfield) are working in partnership with our leading home delivery client based in Newark, NG24 to recruit for a number of Drivers Mates / Customer Delivery Assistants to join their team.
Duties of the Role:
- Delivering white goods such as American fridges, televisions, etc. to customer properties, working as part of a 2-man team
- Lifting and carrying up to 25kg at a time, ensuring strict adherance to manual handling and health and safety at all times
- Acting as the face of the business, ensuring excellent customer service and professionalism at all times
- Assisting the driver with navigation and contacting the customer via phone to advise of arrival times etc.
