Amazon in North West Leicestershire is seeking a Driver Trainer to coordinate and deliver training for Transportation Associate Program (TAP) and In House Shunting (IHS) drivers across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in learning and development, and will be crucial in delivering both practical and classroom training.

The role involves collaboration with local site teams including HR and Safety to maintain high standards of training and safety across the network. A valid C+E License and experience as a commercial HGV driver is essential.
