Driver Technician

We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to run our day-to-day service operations - leading the technician team, keeping jobs on schedule, holding service quality high, and keeping customers happy. You'll be the person who makes sure every job gets done well, on time, and that the team keeps improving. What you'll do
Lead the technician team
- daily job allocation, dispatch, and scheduling so every booking is covered efficiently. Recruit, train and develop technicians
, including fresh/inexperienced hires - set up onboarding, shadowing, SOPs and skills checklists so new staff get productive fast. Own service quality and safety
- set standards, do spot-checks, handle escalations and customer complaints, and make sure work is safe and done right. Manage tools, parts and inventory
- track stock, coordinate suppliers, and make sure technicians have what they need. Track performance
