Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour

Shifts: Days & Nights Available

Hours: Full-time & Part-time Opportunities

Are you an experienced and compassionate Support Worker looking to make a real difference? We are seeking dedicated Driver Support Workers to support individuals with a range of complex needs across Lincoln.

This role requires a Full UK Driving Licence and confidence supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, dementia, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and complex behaviours.

We Are Looking For Experience In One or More of the Following Areas:

Service 1

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Challenging Behaviour (CB)
  • Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
  • Physically fit and able to support active individuals
