The Driver Supervisor is a hands-on leader who thrives on problem solving and consistently delivering reliable equipment to help our customers get the job done right. With safety at the forefront, you will oversee the performance of our CVOR drivers and help guide them to stay productive and manage priorities. Responsibilities include:
Lead by demonstrating the required behaviours, attitudes and mindset to develop a strong team culture and to position the company for continued, sustainable growth.
Maintain an ongoing understanding of Dispatch operations, strategic plans, and related Driver trends, risks and issues.
Set and communicate goals, direction and priorities for the drivers.
Build effective relationships across the organization
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team, industry contacts, and key stakeholders; and
