We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Driver Recruiter to join our growing logistics team in Greenville, SC. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified CDL drivers to support our transportation operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit qualified CDL Class A drivers using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking

  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate driver qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing → screening → offer → onboarding

  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, background checks, and driver qualification files
