Driver Recruiter (Base + Commission)

We’re looking for a Driver Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and driving results. In this role, you’ll play a key part in growing our driver network – combining sales, relationship-building, and recruiting to attract top driving talent to Bison. As a Driver Recruiter, you’ll bring our brand promise to life by delivering a positive, professional experience for every Driver and Owner-Operator you engage with. From promoting the Bison Driver program and pre-screening candidates, to validating qualifications and supporting a smooth onboarding experience, you’ll be responsible for building a strong pipeline of safe, experienced Drivers and Owner-Operators. Balancing both Driver Recruitment and Driver Engagement, this role is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact on our operations.
