To support the delivery of community-based services by providing safe, reliable, and person‑centred transport for residents through the Transport from Home Service and by delivering meals through the Meals at Home Service . The role is essential in ensuring residents receive timely support, maintain independence, and access services that enhance their wellbeing. The post holder will act as a key point of contact for service users, promoting dignity, respect, and excellent customer service at all times.
