Role overview

The Driver Operations Manager owns the end-to-end experience, performance, and success of Muvr's driver and mover network. This role focuses on driver onboarding, engagement, utilization, quality, and retention—ensuring a reliable, high-performing supply base that supports marketplace growth and service quality.

This role reports to Operations leadership and works closely with Central Ops, Support, Product, and Analytics.
