Job summary
This position is responsible for developing and delivering engaging content that effectively communicates key messages to our driver community. The main responsibility is optimizing communication channels and ensuring a seamless experience for our drivers.
What you’ll do
Develop, plan, and execute driver care, engagement, and incentive initiatives to grow the driver community, enhance driver experience, and improve operational performance.
Develop strong relationships with drivers, effectively communicate new policies, and promote driver engagement and morale.
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate initiative effectiveness (participation rate, cost efficiency, operational impact, etc.), and proactively optimize performance.
