- Monitor driver sentiments, and produce regular reportings
- Monitor competitive driver sentiments and competitor driver policies
- Organize feedback channels, events and communication campaigns to improve driver sentiments
- Monitor community sentiment and provide insights to improve policies and programs
- Support retention efforts through proactive driver outreach and education
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comforbable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
- 1-3 year of exprience in driver operations or logistic operationss is preferred
