Our customer in Smiths Falls is looking for an energetic and reliable Driver Helper to support local waste collection routes. This role involves working alongside a D-class driver, assisting with residential waste pickup, and ensuring a safe and positive experience for residents.
Job Description
- Work with a driver on a rear-loader truck during residential waste collection
- Assist with picking up and loading household garbage in the Smiths Falls and surrounding areas
- Lift and handle waste bags and materials throughout the shift
- Maintain clear communication with the driver
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Stay alert and aware of surroundings to ensure safety at all times
