Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct road tests for commercial and passenger vehicles (Class 1–8) to assess drivers' knowledge, skills, and ability to operate vehicles safely.
  • Administer re‑examinations as required under the Motor Vehicle Act and Regulations.
  • Apply sound judgment and decision‑making in evaluating driver performance.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to customers following their road tests.
  • Support customers at the Driver Licensing Centre by explaining licensing processes, answering questions, and processing fees and fines between road test appointments.
