Position Overview

You will be part of a professional team supporting operations at all Drive Test Centres across Ontario on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation. Driver Examiners will examine applicants through road tests to determine their abilities and provide examination results, enter data into the system, and assist the public with licensing information.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service during all Driver Examination Services.
• Respond to enquiries, determine applicant status, and provide information regarding test procedures and licence classes.
• Verify candidate identity verbally (full name and date of birth).
• Examine applicants through road tests, noting compliance with traffic laws, handling of stressful situations, and safety practices.
