Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate the college’s heavy‑duty vehicles, including buses and light motor vehicles, for the transport of students, the Head of School, staff, goods, and materials.
• Conduct daily pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, reporting defects promptly to the Administration Office.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, roadworthy, and that routine and scheduled maintenance is carried out on time.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and vehicle documentation.
• Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and college safeguarding policies at all times, particularly when transporting minors.
