Job Purpose

The Drawing Coordinator is responsible for planning, controlling, coordinating, and maintaining all project drawings and technical documents, ensuring that latest approved drawings are issued to site and consultants and that execution strictly follows approved designs.


Key Responsibilities

1. Drawing Management & Control

  • Coordinate preparation, review, revision, and issue of all architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
  • Maintain drawing registers, revision history, and document control logs
  • Ensure only latest approved “Issued for Construction (IFC)” drawings are used at site
  • Withdraw and archive obsolete drawings

2. Inter-Disciplinary Coordination

  • Coordinate between architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and site execution teams
