Draughtsman

The Draughtsman will be responsible for creating detailed 3 D models and technical manufacturing drawings using Solid Works to support the engineering and production teams. The role focuses on the design and detailing of components and assemblies used in underground mechanized mining equipment.

Responsibilities Develop 3 D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using Solid Works in compliance with company standards. Prepare detailed fabrication, assembly, and layout drawings from engineering concepts, sketches, and prototypes. Assist with design modifications, revisions, and updates based on engineering feedback and production requirements. Perform tolerance analysis and ensure drawings meet ISO/GD&T standards. Collaborate closely with engineers, production teams, and quality control to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
