Tradestaff Waikato is looking for reliable Drainage Labourers to support a civil crew on drainage and infrastructure projects across the region.

About the RoleYou’ll be working alongside machine operators and under the direction of the Foreman, assisting with drainage installation, site preparation, and general labouring duties. This role suits someone physically fit, safety-conscious, and willing to get stuck in.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with trenching and pipe laying Moving materials and tools around site Spotting for machine operators Compacting, backfilling, and general site clean-up Following instructions from the Foreman and operators Maintaining safe work practices on active civil sites What We’re Looking ForPrevious Drainage and labouring experience
