Draftsperson

Responsibilities

· Assist the architectural team in creating technical drawings and plans using CAD software.

· Collaborate with architects to convert initial concepts into detailed designs and construction drawings.

· Support the design process by producing accurate and precise 2D drawings.

· Aid in the preparation of project documentation, including drafting drawings, compiling specifications, and generating reports as required.

· Maintain organised files and materials throughout the design and drafting phases to ensure efficient workflow and project continuity.

Requirements

· A diploma in Architecture or a related field is required.

· Minimum 5 years of working experience.

· Able to work under minimal supervision and commit time to meet tight deadlines.

· Able to solve site/construction problems independently.

· Proficient in AutoCAD software.
