    • We are seeking an experienced Drafting Manager to lead and develop our drafting team in the Sunshine Coast.


    Whilst drafting knowledge is a must, the role is more about leadership, mentorship and driving quality and standards. You will play a critical role in coordinating the teams day & ensuring work produced is accurate and efficient.


    The Role:

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of 5 remote draftees

  • Set daily priorities and coordinate team workflow

  • Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed, and construction-ready

  • Review shop drawings before issue to Project Managers

  • Monitor output to ensure targets and deadlines are met
