About the Role

As a Draftsperson, you will be responsible for producing accurate architectural drawings, detailed documentation, and complete plans across a range of residential developments, including single and double-storey homes. The role requires working across both master drafting and production drafting, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance throughout all stages of the design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate working drawings and construction documentation using ArchiCAD.
• Develop practical and creative design solutions for complex or constrained residential sites.
• Collaborate with internal design teams and external consultants to ensure designs are functional, buildable, and compliant.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all drawings throughout the project lifecycle, including managing revisions and updates.
