Shift: 4:00 AM-1:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $23.42 an hour
Job Summary **:**
The Dough Maker is responsible for but not limited to the following mixing and loading ingredients into dough kettle according to batch sheets in a timely manner, transporting dough to production areas for use, cleaning machine parts and tools, and ensuring general housekeeping is maintained to meet GMP, quality and safety regulations.
Essential Job Functions:
+ Ability to work safely and follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations
+ Ability to work the scheduled/assigned times andrequiredovertime for position
+ Ability tomoveup to55lbs.
+ Good communicationskills
+ Basic math skills
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Ability to move wheeled cart weighing approximately 1200lbsapproximately30 feet
