Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Windsor, ON, supporting mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities. The role involves project-based or ongoing support, including remote hands and smart hands services for hardware installation, maintenance, and operation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, configure, and maintain data center hardware to support mission-critical infrastructure.
• Coordinate the development, installation, integration, and operation of systems as required.
• Collect and document user requirements to guide deployment and support activities.
• Provide hands-on technical support (remote and on-site) to ensure uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics, quality, or process engineering is desirable.
