BG Global is recruiting for a reputed industrial organization with a strong legacy in recycling and a growing presence in corrugated packaging production in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Double Backer Operator will oversee bonding, finishing, and board quality at the double backer stage of the corrugator line.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Double Backer section of corrugator (preferably BHS)
- Control bonding quality, temperature, pressure, and glue settings
- Ensure proper board alignment, flatness, and moisture control
- Monitor production speed and minimize wastage
- Conduct routine machine inspections and minor adjustments
- Coordinate with Single Facer and Dry End teams for smooth workflow
