  • Serve as the main point of contact for individual donors and provide timely, professional responses to inquiries.
  • Coordinate and execute donor stewardship activities, including thank‑you calls, letters, and updates on impact.
  • Maintain accurate and updated donor records in the CRM database, ensuring data privacy and integrity.
