Oversee the IH2 GIS team of security experts (~30) and provide leadership and mentorship as an internal subject matter expert
Lead the IH2 GIS security engineers (~18) for delivery of daily responsibilities required to effectively operate and maintain the lifecycle of security technologies
Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, metrics and service governance reporting to highlight and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support strategic projects and service improvements being delivered in conjunction with the security engineering service and product roadmap and the Bank's information and cyber security strategy
Champion process awareness, automation opportunities, and effective time management across the team.
Manage cross-functional communications and coordination between GIS, technology teams, and other stakeholders.
