Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure DocuSign eSignature accounts, templates, PowerForms, workflows, and reporting.
- Integrate DocuSign with enterprise applications using REST APIs, JSON, XML (XSD/XSLT).
- Configure and support SSO (SAML 2.0 / OAuth) for enterprise applications.
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and other regulatory requirements.
- Provide application support across UNIX and Windows platforms, including log analysis.
- Manage incidents, problems, and changes using ServiceNow or similar ITIL-based tools.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
