Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and flow of project documentation, including drawings, submissions, and communications. Coordinate all activities related to the Document Process procedure, including technical documents and drawings.
- Help maintain document registers and ensure information is organized and accessible. Maintain and manage document control of submittals, transmittals, and RFIs including distribution.
- Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
- Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
- Manage documents through a range of document control systems such as Aconex and Procore. Learn and grow your skills in document control platforms such as Aconex and Procore.
