Documentation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse documentation and procedure to ensure compliance to the standards.
• Monitor proper billing procedure and ensure consistent compliance.
• Ensure that the established service monitoring reports necessary to generate accurate billings are properly complied.
• Monitor and ensure timely and accurate generation and dispatch of invoices.
• Supervise that accruals are accurately reported, reviewed at a minimum during month-end closing, and closed within agreed time frames.
• Supervise necessary billing reconciliation with Clients to keep receivables under control.
• Work closely with Immediate Superior and/or other concerned functions, proactively getting updates, addressing concerns, and providing continual improvements.
• Supervise inventory count and perform analysis.
• Act as Petty Cash Custodian.
